Warranty Page
- Warranty covers natural failure, this means water in lights, failure for no reason. We require photos and explanation as these aren’t cheap to replace. Please make sure the wiring wasn’t modified or pinched.
- Limited Lifetime warranty applies to all items labeled as such, if the specific item is no longer being sold it will be replaced with a similar item.
- Warranty is not transferable.
- Cutting to extend plug and play will VOID warranty, purchase extensions or extend wiring from module.
- Installation of wheel lights must be done with rivets or bolts and lock nuts, a wheel light falling off due to poor installation will not be warrantied. We do require 3 tabs be attached, we suggest 2+ tie downs on each tab.
- Wheel lights require centering to work properly on 20" wheels, failure to do so will cause the lights to rub.
- All lights and magnets need to be taken care of and maintained, similar to a vehicle warranty, if they are not maintained we will not be warrantying them. They’re made of metal, please take care of them.
- Some lights such as the 5 Row Frame Strips will not be warrantied with one dead LED.
- Rock Lights holding water but still working fully will not be warrantied.
- All plug and play lights other than switchback wheel lights can be app controlled, we will not replace the handheld remote free of charge.
- Our lights are 12 volt lights if you hook any of our lights to a m18 Milwaukee battery we will immediately not warranty it as that is 18 volts and will burn up control boxes or melt wires! the only lights on our website that would handle 24 volts is the dime lights!
